Parents are the best promoters of Catholic education, and we want to thank all of you who have recommended St. Francis de Sales Parish School to your family and friends. Through our New Student Referral Program, you could receive a $1,000 tuition credit or cash for each new student you refer to St. Francis de Sales Parish School. Please see the rules and regulations below.

Here's How It Works

Families with students currently enrolled at the school can receive a $1,000 tuition credit for each new student they formally refer to St. Francis de Sales Parish School who is accepted in accordance with our current admission requirements. Referrals from individuals without students currently enrolled in our school will be eligible for a $1,000 cash award. Tuition credit or payouts will be issued the following June after the school year concludes. All referrals must comply with the New Student Referral Program rules and regulations to qualify.

Who Is Eligible to Participate?

This program is available to all current St. Francis de Sales Parish School families, employees, or parishioners.

Rules and Regulations

1. You are responsible for submitting a completed New Student Referral form to St. Francis de Sales Parish School for each new student you refer before the new student formally applies for admission. No exceptions will be made to this requirement, and referrals may not be made retroactively. Forms are available on the St. Francis de Sales Parish School website at www.sfdslg.org/school.
2. The referred family must not already be in our school's database from a previous enrollment inquiry, nor have any children previously enrolled at our school, nor have any siblings currently enrolled at our school.
3. Employees of St. Francis de Sales Parish School are eligible to participate in the referral program; however, the incentive does not apply to the enrollment of their own immediate family members, including children or grandchildren.
4. The new student must enroll as a full-time 4-Year-Old Preschool through 8th-grade student at St. Francis de Sales Parish School. This program does not apply to the 3-Year-Old Preschool.
5. To qualify for the referral incentive, the new student's enrollment must be primarily supported by either regular tuition or one of the state-funded programs (the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program or the Special Needs Scholarship Program). For all other enrollments, the referral incentive applies when internal tuition assistance from the Angel Fund is 20% or less, allowing us to maintain the sustainability of our scholarship resources.
6. Regular enrollment criteria must be met. The Pastor and principal of St. Francis de Sales Parish School make the final decision regarding student acceptance.
7. Payouts will be made in June after the new student has successfully completed the school year.
8. If a new student begins attending school after the academic year has already started, the payout awarded to the referring family will be prorated based on the student's first day of attendance.
9. If more than one family refers the same student, the payout will be split equally among the referring families.
10. 10. Payments will be made in accordance with the completed, signed, and approved online referral form.
11. 11. If current parents or guardians with tuition in arrears qualify for the incentive, the $1,000 will be applied to their outstanding school debt.
